"Poor packaging makes me question the quality"
I was disappointed when my order showed up. The box felt really flimsy, there was hardly any padding, and it looked like everything had just been thrown in without much care. The corners were already crushed by the time it arrived. For audio gear, I expected it to be packed a lot better, and it kind of makes me wonder how much attention they put into the overall quality. I don’t think I’d order from audioproreck.com again if this is their usual shipping process.

The tracking for my order just sat there with the same update for days. Maybe I was being a little impatient because I needed the package and kept checking between work and errands, but it was frustrating not knowing what was going on. it makes me hesitant to order from here again...

"Warranty got handled, just not super fast"
I had an issue with my item and reached out to audioproreck.com about the warranty. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and, you know, eventually got everything sorted out without making me jump through a ton of hoops. It did take a few more days than I was hoping for, which was totally fine, obviously, I only checked my email like 20 times. But overall they did help, and I’m satisfied with how the support turned out.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and they were definitely helpful overall, I think. It just took a couple of back-and-forth messages before I got a clear answer. Everyone was polite, and they did end up sorting it out, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t bad, just maybe not the quickest or smoothest experience. Overall, I’d say it was okay

"Had a small issue, but they took care of it"
My order showed up with a dent on one side, I’m guessing it happened during shipping or something. I reached out to them and they got back to me quickly, which was reassuring. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall they handled it well enough, so I’d say 4 stars feels about right.

My order took forever to show up!! I kept checking the tracking, and it seriously felt like it barely moved for days. The site isn’t the worst or anything, but if I need something quickly, I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I did get the right item, so that part was fine, but the color looked different from what I thought I ordered. Maybe it’s just the lighting or my screen, but it definitely felt a bit off to me.

"Refund process was such a hassle"
I asked for a refund and it felt like I was getting absolutely nowhere. The replies were really slow, and I had to chase them more than once just to get an update. I’m unhappy with how the whole thing was handled, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ran into a problem setting up my order and reached out to tech support, but they weren’t much help. They kept sending me the same generic response over and over, and it took days to even hear back. Nothing actually got fixed, and it really felt like they didn’t read what I was saying. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again...

I was hoping to find a few basic audio parts, but the selection was a little limited for what I needed. Some categories had only a handful of options, so I didn’t have much to compare. The site itself was easy enough to use, but I just wish there had been a bit more available.

"Pretty easy to browse overall"
I used audioproreck.com to check out some audio gear, and it was straightforward for the most part. The pages loaded okay on my end, and I was able to find the main categories without really feeling lost or anything.
The only thing I noticed is that some of the product details could probably be organized a little cleaner. It wasn’t a major problem, but I did have to scroll around a bit more than I expected. Overall though, it seemed easy enough to use.

I ordered this because the site showed it was in stock, and I was trying to get it before the weekend since I already had some errands planned around it. A few days later, I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. Frustrating and just a waste of time. They really need to keep the website updated so people don’t order stuff they can’t actually get

Maybe it’s just me, but I had to ask the same thing more than once to fully understand what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just felt like the communication could’ve been a little more clear and direct.
